Address Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address provided in this email to ensure that it is correct. If you notice any errors, kindly email me your corrections at kaetlynableart@gmail.com. Please do not contact me via social media platforms regarding your order – email is the most reliable way to reach me.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Shipping Times
Please allow up to one week for your order to be shipped. I strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
Carriers
To balance speed and cost, I select the best carrier for each order. In the United States, I primarily use UPS Ground for domestic shipments. Depending on your location, USPS Priority Mail may be the faster and more cost-effective option, particularly for orders within Montana.
International Shipping
Customs Fees: Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with international delivery. This includes VAT for EU customers. I strongly recommend that you check your country's customs fees before placing your order to avoid any surprises. In the past, I've had an incident where the customs fees were higher than the value of the order itself.
Shipping Rates: International shipping is a flat rate of $45 per order plus $5 per item. I generally use UPS for most international orders because it is the fastest and most reliable option. However, for some countries where UPS is prohibitively expensive, I may ship via USPS. Please note that shipping via USPS can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.
Tracking: Once your package leaves the United States, I will no longer have access to tracking information. Please keep this in mind when awaiting delivery.
Shipping to the UK:
Unfortunately, due to the UK's strict VAT collection and remittance requirements, I am currently unable to ship to the UK. These requirements are simply not feasible for a small business like mine, and I hope you understand.
